I directed the strategic change management and operational leadership of ​IT business systems across Canada, aligning technology innovation with ​our corporate goals. Working closely with executive leadership and ​stakeholders from various functions, I developed IT solutions that ​automated and streamlined processes. With a multi-million dollar budget ​at my disposal, I led a team comprised of seven, including developers and ​business analysts, driving enhancements in operational efficiency.

I managed ​procurement, including the review of licensing agreements, and ​administered a Citrix Farm for field applications. Additionally, I provided ​on-site field support for military bases and oil-rig SCADA systems.
